• What is the Heart with the number next to it on products?
    • This is our wishlist feature.  The number next to the heart is the number of other people with this item on their wishlist.  To add items to your wishlist log into your account and click the heart.
  • Why am I not receiving emails?
    • Depending how your email server filters incoming emails, they may have gone to your junk mail.  Please check your junk email.  Adding customerservice@rockcairngames.com to your contacts list should allow emails to filter to your inbox.  If you still need assistance contact us here: Contact Us
  • Why do you charge for shipping?
    • Unfortunately there is cost to ship packages, and we do not have a fleet of trucks, drones, or elves to do that for us.  Our shipping rates are reviewed periodically to provide the lowest possible rates to our customers while still covering the costs of shipping.
